You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at info@inetradio.net of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all content broadcast through your station.
InetRadio offers paid monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By using our Service, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly) until you cancel. You will be charged the price applicable at the time of renewal.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your station will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
InetRadio offers a 7-day free trial on new subscriptions. A valid payment method is required at signup. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full subscription price for your selected plan and billed monthly thereafter.
You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account page or by emailing info@inetradio.net.
You retain all rights to the audio content you upload and broadcast through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload, broadcast, and distribute any content you submit, including:

InetRadio respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content broadcast through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@inetradio.net with:
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Important: Broadcasting copyrighted music typically requires licensing from organizations like ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or SoundExchange in the United States, or equivalent collecting societies in other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary music licenses for your broadcasts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InetRadio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
